יש לי מערכת יחסים של אהבה/שנאה עם הגוורצטרמינר. ארומות משכרות ודחוסות, וטעמים איך לומר, מעט בעייתיים. אז רציתי לתת לזן לבטא את כל החן שבו, מבלי לקלקל את השורה. משימה לא פשוטה שאליה נרתמו עוד ארבעה זנים חביבים שלהם אני מכיר תודה. ראשון בא הסוביניון בלאן העשבוני שבגופו הרזה והחד איזן את הכבדות של הגוורץ. שני בא השרדונה, שהוסיף ליין מבנה מאורגן ונופך מעט יותר רציני. לחבורה זו הצטרף הויונייה שתרם נוכחות של פרחים ותיבול אקזוטי. ולבסוף הגיע גם הסמיון העדין, שעיגל את הקצוות והוסיף רכות והרמוניה. התוצאה היא יין חצי יבש מורכב ורב רבדים, בעל יכולת השתבחות על ציר הזמן.		I have a love/hate relationship with Gewurztraminer. I love its intoxicating and dense aromas, while the taste is, well, a bit problematic. I wanted this variety to express all of its charm without its problematic aspects. Not an easy task, to which thankfully four other varieties came to my aid. First came the grassy and sharp Sauvignon Blanc, which with its lean body balanced the heaviness of the Gewurztraminer. Second came the Chardonnay, organizing the wine's structure and some seriousness. This group was joined by the Viognier which contributed the presence of exotic flowers and spices. And finally came along the delicate Semillon, which rounded the edges and added softness and harmony. The result is a semi-dry wine, complex and multi-layered, with the ability to develop and improve over time.

יין לבן בצבע זהוב בהיר עם גוף בינוני עד מלא. ארומות של פריחת הדרים, פומלה, עלי וורדים, ליצ'י, פג'ויה, מנדרינות, שוקולד לבן, אגוזי מקדמיה ותבלינים אקזוטיים. הטעמים ממשיכים את המנעד הארומאטי במרקם קטיפתי שופע. בתנאי אחסון נאותים היין יפתח תוספת מורכבות על ציר הזמן.		White wine, light golden color with a medium to full body. Aromas of orange blossom, pomelo, rose petals, lychee, feijoa, tangerines, white chocolate, macadamia nuts and exotic spices. The flavors follow the aromatic spectrum with a lush velvety texture. With proper storage conditions the wine will add complexity over time.
